After the elaboration of your design in 3D drawings, we can produce all the technical plans (layout, construction, custom cabinetry, lighting, plumbing, architectural details, etc). We can also present you material choices or simply confirm yours!
A first meeting will help us understand your needs, your budget and your expectations and allow us to present you with a detailed Offer of services.
Our rates:
– $200 for one-hour virtual meeting.
– $350 for a one-hour on-site meeting. Travel fees included within 30km from our Laval offices.
Thereafter, our hourly rate is $150.

Express consultation
A simple consultation for the planning or execution of your project. We will offer you as many ideas, advice and information as possible! We can also provide you with excellent references from suppliers or workers so that you can manage your project yourself. Of course, if you want to continue the adventure with us, we will be happy to help you!

HOME STAGING
We will help you to present the full potential of your home to your future buyers! We adjust according to your needs or budget. Our services ranging from a simple consultation to furniture rental or management of minor building work.

Real estate photography
For brokers who want to stand out from the competition by giving more to their clients or for sellers who wish to display their property for sale or rent on free ads sites. You can now use our photography and Express Home Staging services.
During the photo shoot, we proceed with a small decluttering of the space and moving existing furniture or accessories. All in one visit! You will then be able to sell or rent faster! Travel fees (Greater Montreal) and minor photo retouching are included. Pictures sent within 24h.
